Rose Hanley

Executive Director
Rose co-founded The Little Bit Foundation in 2001 after a teacher friend asked for help in providing coats to her students in an inner city school. Since then, it has impacted 33,000 students in the St. Louis area. Rose has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Loyola University.

Billy Thompson

Assistant Executive Director
Billy came to Little Bit by way of our Young Professionals Board. Besides his philanthropic endeavors, he has owned and operated two long-term care facilities for mentally ill and developmentally delayed adults. Billy is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a BA in Political Science.

Amy Lottes

Director of Grant Management
Amy has been involved with The Little Bit Foundation since 2007, currently responsible for writing proposals and grants for major funding. She has more than 25 years experience in nonprofit development and fundraising and a BA in Psychology from the University of Dayton.

Alex Goodfellow

Program Director
Alex has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Louis University and a Master’s in Social Work from Washington University, with experience counseling both domestic violence offenders and victims. She first became involved with Little Bit in 2013 when she joined the Young Professionals Board.

Melanie Weekly

Director of Distribution
Melanie has more than 20 years of experience in supply management and process improvements for Save-a-Lot, Monsanto and ADP. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in business management from National Lewis University and a Master’s in supply chain management from Fontbonne University.

Lucy England

Volunteer Manager
Lucy worked as a Little Bit volunteer for seven years before assuming the role of Volunteer Manager in July 2013. A former Human Resource associate for Lord & Taylor, she knew she wanted to get involved with an organization that helped children when her store closed in 2006.

Ashley Gill

Program Manager
Ashley has a Bachelor’s of Social Work from Skidmore College and will receive her Master’s of Social Work from Washington University in December 2016. Her experience and passion lie in partnering with the education system and ensuring students have opportunities for equity and success.

Christy Koenemann

Warehouse Manager
Christy is a graduate of Webster University with a Bachelor’s in Education Studies. When she learned of the opening at Little Bit, she knew her organizational skills, education background and non-profit love would be a perfect fit.

Erin Lee

Development Manager
Erin says she was “hooked” from the moment she walked in the door and is dedicated to seeing that everyone in St. Louis knows about Little Bit. Previously, she served as Marketing Associate for The Center for Head Injury Services in St. Louis and Special Events Associate for United 4 Children.

Michael Grosch

Program Associate
Michael has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Speech Communications from Webster University. He began as a volunteer with Little Bit in 2015 and, as Program Associate, assists with days of service in partner schools as well as volunteer recruitment.
