Ninety to 100% of students in Little Bit partner schools qualify for the free and reduced lunch program, which means they are living at or below the federal poverty line. Our programs and services are provided to students based on needs identified by a school liaison and coordinated by a team of Little Bit staff and volunteers. Little Bit differs from other organizations serving the underprivileged in that we do not just deliver items and leave. Our volunteers become part of the school community, working alongside educators to empower students, and our schools know that we will continue to be there as long as there is a need.
Each school partnership is an average $50,000 to $70,000 investment for Little Bit on an annual basis. To discuss opportunities for supporting Little Bit's programs and services in a school, please contact Rosemary Hanley at email@example.com.
