Dear Sir/Madam
Letter of Recommendations:
About three years ago, The Little Bit Foundation stared collaborating with Cole eMINTS Academy to provide much needed resources that impact learning to needy children. As a school, we were seeking ways to help our students with nonacademic basic needs that we knew were obstacles to the daily functioning of some of our students even in the classrooms. “Little Bit” as we fondly refer to this foundation, was the answer to our prayers. TLBF volunteers work weekly with Cole’s parent facilitator, staff and our parent volunteers, as they go classroom by classroom to ask the right questions directed at helping individual student with basic needs. TLBF women handle each student with high level of privacy, love and understanding. Our staff submit a students needs “order” and look forward to the delivery day— every Thursday, receive their needed items such as coats, shoes, clothes, socks, personal hygiene items, books, TLBF provides Cole students with school uniforms!
TLBF has enhanced the development of young minds by willingly seeking out ways to meet Cole students individual needs. TLBF is different from other organizations because of their personal touch and their ability to listen carefully to students’ needs and then go about supplying them in a timely and satisfactory manner. It is so wonderful to watch my students come from room 004 (TLBF storage room) with smiles on their faces and bags filled with much needed items in their hands. My students’ self-esteem is protected when their personal hygiene and other basic needs are met. I consider this relationship between Cole School and TLBF one of the most positive and useful relationships with a community organization. I commend TLBF and their volunteers for the excellent job they do for our young students. As long as our children need us in many ways, I pray that an organization such as TLBF is always there to help. I know that without them, my job will be very hard to do. On behalf of my students, parents and teachers, I thank TLBF for the wonderful work they do at Cole.
Sincerely,
