The Little Bit Foundation was born out of a small request from an inner
city school teacher and has grown into serving over 3,000 students
throughout the St. Louis area. They offer consistent, empowering hope to
children in need. Their donations of basic essentials such as coats,
clothes, shoes, hygiene items, school supplies and books enable each
child's personal growth and dignity in their place of learning. With
these basics met, children can be more focused on and diligent towards
their work in the classroom. The necessities that TLBF provides have the
power to change lives.

The Little Bit Foundation maintains a consistent, personal
partnership with each school and every faculty member it teams up with.
TLBF makes a comprehensive effort to be inclusive of other charities and
organizations to best meet the needs of all children it serves. This
allows the foundation to keep their passionate focus on each child's
well being, proving that every person can make an impact in a child's
life, it just takes a "little bit" to help.
By helping these children in St. Louis area schools to become more
attentive learners and well-rounded young people, the greater community
is impacted. The effects of TLBF are widespread in the communities that
it serves. The partnership established between the foundation and schools builds trust within the
community by crossing cultural barriers and proving that because this
organization cares enough to reach out, they in turn, can do the same
for others. TLBF's actions enhance educational opportunities for the future of the St. Louis community - its children.
